What?  The fonts are identical, pixel for pixel, between 40 and 80
columns.  Only the dot clock frequency changes to fit more characters
on a line.

OK, I think I see what you mean--you want a 2x "stretched" version of
the font.  I'm surprised if there isn't a public domain "font stretcher"
to do exactly that to any TT font...
