Not sure if there are equivalents for Windows, but I use VT100, TTY Font
and Mishawaka on Mac... they're all very close if not identical. A few
hints: turn off antialiasing and keep your font size a multiple of 9
pixels. You can get a quick-and-dirty simulation of the scanlines by using
an 18 pixel font size and then adding a layer with alternating rows of
black and transparent pixels.
