I'd gladly pay $5 for one--I've always felt a certain kinship with

The copies I have are the TTL version.

To be real kin you need to measure driving distance in terms of beers. He always said Thatcher was 5 beers from Phoenix and 7 beers from Tuscon or vice-versa. The grand prize was always a free tinaja quest -- plenty of beer in the jeep and a ride in the desert looking for hidden water holes.

He runs a web sit and sells interesting surplus these days. I think he is still active in the books-on-demand printing ideas and playing with PostScript.

Yes to all of that--except I'm not much of a beer drinker. ;-)
