My mirror of a mirror of the "ground" FTP archive has:

  Ground/Mirrors/umich/gs/archivers/gscii.bsc

When I run "sciibin" on it, I get a file called "GSCII2.3.1.SHK", which
tests okay with NuLib2. The ".bsc" file is 85385 bytes long, and has
six BinSCII segments.

The BinSCII format does include the filetype and auxtype.

I've wanted to add an de-BinSCII tool to CiderPress, but there's a
lot of UI shuffling because the BinSCII segments could be in multiple
source files, or could have multiple binary files in a single input file,
and you need to do something intelligent if not all parts are present.
(It simplifies things a bit if you require that all parts be specified
at the time of the decode; otherwise you have to keep track of partial
progress.)
