Yes, Ultima games are very popular for collectors.  The CPC version of
Ultima, in good shape can fetch in the $1000 range these days.  Either
one of the two versions of Akalabeth that CPC released for even more.
However the Holy Grail of Ultima collecting is the self-published
version of Akalabeth that Richard Garriott sold on his own when he was
in high school.  He only made about 20 copies.
