What about investing $5 for a CF reader on you PC and use Ciderpress?
That's how I did it. Ciderpress is now freeware and unlike me you have 
not to spend $10 for it.(Not that I regret it, it was worth every penny)

I am a little confused about "break the CF card".
Those cards are mechanically very robust.
