Re: 2007-Practical Way to Get Files to IIGS?

What are the practical/inexpensive/easy options? Or should I just
shoot for 2 out of 3 options? I probably have 300 mb of stuff that I'd
like to copy to the IIGS local storage (make into 800mb disks or copy
to the CF card drive). I'm hoping someone will say "I have a SCSI card
here for cheap", but I'm not hopeful about that <grin/>. I don't think
a serial transfer would be good because of the content size. I don't
think popping the CF card our would be good because I don't have a CF
reader for the PC and I'm afraid I'd break the CF card in the IIGS.

What about investing $5 for a CF reader on you PC and use Ciderpress?
That's how I did it. Ciderpress is now freeware and unlike me you have not to spend $10 for it.(Not that I regret it, it was worth every penny)

I am a little confused about "break the CF card".
Those cards are mechanically very robust.
