Re: A.P.P.L.E. Presents the 2007 Apple II Programming Contest
Great!....this might inspire me to continue learning 6502 assembly,
and/or get me to try and remember Applesoft BASIC. It's been a
looooong time... ;-)
I have an idea that is still in the formative stages, but my idea is
reliant on a host machine - eg. a windoze box - with the A2 as a
client (ie. the recipient of data via a serial cable perhaps). I
expect that a reasonable amount of the coding would be required on
both the host (PC) and the client (A2).
Would a project like this still qualify for the competition? Or does
the whole project have to be Apple-centric to qualify?
I might still give it a go regardless of your answer, but my
motivation would be given a boost if I was allowed to enter. ;-)
cheers,
