David,
I Tried on a brand new CF card to do a fresh install, and I also
installed everything except the two ATprinter files and the NETWORKING
files.  All of those files I left out and I still got AppleTalk nag
screen and noticed that it was somehow installed.  Since I know that
PNY CF cards dont come preloaded with system601 out of a brand new
package, then I know these disks of system601 somehow installed it.  I
am in no way trying to get rude at what I am saying above...please
dont take it the wrong way, but I want to let it be known that this
was a totally new disk to install on.


I also find it odd about that Icon thing.....totally a different
aspect then the above mentioned issue of stuff installing that
shouldn't install.  I just don't know what else to do.
Does an initialize erase the disk contents??  Does a Format erase the
disk contents??  What is the best procedure to make sure everything is
off the partitions?
