Neither of these files contains an $0A. All other
SDK files I looked at contain both $0D and $0A,
but, none have an $0A0D which would indicate a
CR/LF combination. It would be impossible to now
determine which $0A's need to be $0D's, so just
forget these files.

Ciderpress cannot open either of these.
