Hi,

The display stand appears to be an original Apple part.  And the switch on 
the
keyboard analog board determines if just the "RESET" key or the combination
of the "CONTROL & RESET" key need to be pressed to initiate a reset.

Since it appears to be in "RESET" - just pressing the reset key will cause a
system reset.  If you slide the switch to the CTRL position, you'll need to
press CONTROL and RESET to cause a system reset.
