Just hit Ctl-D and Merlin will skip outputting to the screen--

How about using LST OFF?

That works, too, but I usually want to see the assembly
a few times, then, when I'm satisfied and I already have
a listing, I cut it loose. ;-)

When I've edited in a LST OFF, I find that I often forget
to comment it out after making a change and wanting to see
the output again, so I just use Ctl-D when I get past what
I'm interested in. Different strokes. ;-)
