I'm pretty new to ProDOS, the extent of my Appling days was using DOS 3.3 for BASIC programming in High School way back in the 1980s.
I've purchased a CFFA and have it set up and running with no problems. I'm using a standard IIe (no 65C02) and so some stuff don't work right and I'm not convinced yet that my IIe is without problems of it's own, but it's probably more a EBKAC problem than a system problem trying to boot any version of ProDOS newer than 1.0.8.
Anyways, I've downloaded the big old arnold archive and have put dozens of programs on my CFFA, but running them is a real pain from the ProDOS boot disk. Has anyone created a good menuing system launching applications from a ProDOS volume? It would be really cool if there's a program out there that would scan the entire volume for apps and then present them in a list. Select the app and it'll run.
