As I read it, he doesn't have an image yet - he has an original disk.
Even when the bits get moved to a host computer, there isn't an
emulator that would be able to make sense of it anyway.  I think the
ultimate solution is to deprotect the (game?) and fit it onto a
standard .dsk image.
