I dug out my SAM disk and it does indeed have what you described.
However, it may be something that I did way back in the 80's because
none of the SAM disk images floating around seem to have the
"insulter" demo that mine does. There are other demo's on my SAM disk
that obviously I made up, so it may well be that I modified the
original insulter program (possibly typed in from Nibble magazine??)
to work with SAM - it was that long ago I don't remember. I'll try and
get a disk image and post back when I do.
