MLB (820-0001-07) sometime between 25th week of 1980 and 30th week
1980 (the supplement of the owner's manual also states "mid 80"), so
there were Apple IIs and Apple IIpluses with Rev 4 MLB (which had
memory select jumper blocks soldered to the board).
An Apple price list dated March 1981(!!!!) still lists the standard
Apple II for sale aside the IIplus! He has obviously been around for
sale longer than I had expected.
