I have always used IIe's; however, I was recently given a ROM 1 GS. The
clock battery is gone. Apparently it is a 3.6 nicad under the power
supply. Should I remove the motherboard (how?) and replace the old
battery correctly, or can I merely cut the leads to the existing
battery and soldier in the new battery's leads?
