You mean "Plasmania" - this sample is pretty annoying ;-)
Most infinitely-clipped speech is. Yet, it's interesting that humans
can learn to understand it pretty well. Lots of "ham" rigs run voice
through such extreme compression that the result is very nearly
infinite clipping.
Using a few more bits than 1 to encode waveforms for the Apple
offers much more pleasing results. (I'm partial to 5 bits. ;-)
"Seadragon" by Adventure International is another example
for a title speech sample, by the way.
