I'm not sure what I meant anymore either. Prolonged sleep deprivation is a
nasty beast.
I realised anyway that if you send something to USB it doesn't really matter
how slow you do it, because you have to do it a packet at a time. Ie load
the chip up with a packet of stuff, enable it, and wait for it to say it's
done.
