Here is the image of the SD card.  Obtained by "dd".
If mounted under Windows, it's a blank FAT volume.
CiderPress hung on an attempt to open it.

I expected a message "invalid volume" or something similar.

I also created 4 partitions 32MB each on an SD card. Windows (as expected)
only sees
the first one. CiderPress hung on that card too.
