Here is what I have - there may be more...
System Ultilities (50 pages)
Setting Up Your Apple IIc (20 pages)
Apple Presents the Apple IIc An Interactive Owner's Guide (143 pages)
International Supplement to the Apple IIc Interactive Owner's Guide (4
pages)
Apple IIc Scribe User's Manual Guide to Apple IIc (142 pages)
Monitor IIc User's Manual (6 pages)
Apple Mouse IIc User's Manual (42 pages)
These all have a red cover theme.
Apple Presents ... chapter 6 refers you to the "Getting Down to BASIC"
diskette and then states "For a description of Applesoft in all is
glory, ask your dealer for the Applesoft Tutorial and the Applesoft
Reference Manual."
