I picked up a IIc a while back, but it came without any manuals, etc.
What I'd like to know is what manuals came with the IIc, so that I can try
to find either digital or paper copies of them. Of particular interest is
any references to AppleSoft BASIC, and to the DOS and IO functions available
through BASIC.
