By my reckoning, that missing ',' key is worth about $4700/63=$74.60!
Something funny is definitely going on, and I have no doubt neither
auction will actually result in an actual sale.
Things might be getting silly in the retro 'scene', but not *that*
silly. Having said that, I've under-estimated the stupidity of some
people before! Like people paying *twice* the shelf price for a CDTV
unit which, at the time, was actually sitting on the shelf of the local
variety store not 300m from where I sit now.
I also read a report some time back about an Amiga game called "The
Kristal" going for (IIRC) about 300 pounds on eBay in a genuine auction.
My friend got all excited because he had the same game sitting in a
cupboard, complete in box in excellent condition (and also *loves* to
make a quick buck himself). Much to his dismay, subsequent auctions for
the same rarely fetch more than a few dollars...
