Hello Paul,

erm... just wondering and asking very nicely, could you maybe make an
image of that disk? I've never seen that one available anywhere and your
statement just tickled my collecting fancy very much...

Do you have ADT13? If not I can send it to you, the hardware
requirements are the same as for standard ADT.

Otherwise a .nib image will do the job as well. You should be able to go
the usual SST route. Or just send me the images of the two disk sides
that result from the SST run. I'll be able to do the rest.
