No problem!  That's why there's the 800 number.  Just call and I'll help.

I just wish I had a bit more time.  The past few weeks have been busy for me 
with a trip and 'real' work.  I would have seen your message from before and 
jumped in.  Sorry that the manual didn't help much.  It's really geared 
toward 'tech' stuff rather then support.
