//c system

Someone just gave me a //c system.  It looks almost unused.  Well
anyway everything is in its original boxes.  The boxes are a little
discolored.  But it usable, mailable shape.

The carrier the //c comes in is much nicer than the metal contraption I
had at one time.  That thing must have weighed 50 pounds.  But it
allowed you to carry a //e and two disk drives.

This is canvas and padded, light green.  I may use it for my new
external disk drive (for pc)

What is truly cool is this thing came with an imagewriter (original in
a box that has maybe point of manufacture postal detail on it).  This
imagewriter is much lighter than the ][.  It looks like one of those
Star printers that came with my first apple.

There  is also an apple modem 300/1200, external thingie.  An extra
disk drive.  A stand, the monitor is a small one, I have not taken it
out of the box.  I assume it is green phosphor.  There are the original
manuals and a box of software all originally packaged.  Someone was a
neat freak.

The man who gave it to me says an uncle bought it back in 1980-81 so he
thinks it was never upgraded.   It is probably a version zero.
Motherboard was nver upgraded.
