I was using an Apple RGB monitor with my IIgs, but then one day out of
curiosity I plugged  my 1702 Commodore monitor in to the composite jack
and the picture was WAAAAAY better.  So the Apple RGB monitor is on the
trade pile.  The 1702 is nice to have because you can use it with any
composite signal, so I use mine for my IIgs, my Atari VCS, and I even
bought the chroma/luma cables for use with my C64.
