None of the search engines refer to usenet directly - even with a
google search you'll find c.s.a2 via a link to the FAQ. This applies to
Yahoo as well, I found a link to the FAQ on the first page with the
simplest search: "Apple II"
Aren't we talking about a pretty small number of people though? I mean,
really, people who get back into Apple II computing after many years,
or even younger folks who are exploring retrocomputing as a newbie are,
to me, likely to be 'geeky' enough to know what usenet is.
Surely there are people here who don't use Google Groups to
participate? I admit I gave up on news clients a few years ago myself,
but now and then I really miss my killfile :-)
