Gee, and I just mentioned that no one had resorted to obscenities in
this discussion...

Searching for the faq on a topic is a pretty common thing, and even
"apple ii" gets you links like the Wikipedia entry, which has a link to
csa2.

But I notice you didn't answer the real question- if A2Central is so
much easier to find than csa2, why is it dying off while csa2 thrives?
