He wasn't the only one, by far. Just the most notorious, easiest to
remember, and purely evil- he never posted anything with
socially-redeeming value. Many other sin-di-communists egged him on and
participated in his personal attacks.

You're making too much of this.  This has been a polite exchange. Not a
single obscenity, though maybe a little sniveling and blubbering...
OTOH, I can't blame you for being ashamed of A2Central's dark past, and
wanting to avoid any reference to it. ;-)
