Michael, normally I would agree with you, but I have Apple's first
attempt at a IIgs RAM expansion - the 256K variety (yes, fully loaded
it is 256K). And considering it isn't in use (and probably never will
be), I figured I might salvage the chips.

I do have some old motherboards in storage somewhere, but they are
probably in the 586 vintage (I think they're old AMD or socket 7
boards). Are these boards likely to have 41256's? I guess I could dig
them out of storage and check, but I thought I read somewhere that
these chips were mostly in 286/386 vintage boards....
