Unusual video board

I got this item on ebay.

Some kind of an 80 col text only card, but the claim is it can work in 160
columns mode!
I found zero documentation of any kind on the 'net. The card has a number of
jumpers that I can experiment with
but it may also have soft commands. I'd much rather not try to disassemble
the firmware :)

Anyone heared about this animal?

If I plug it in and type "PR #3" I do get an 80 col. display from the card.
That's all I have for now.
Observations: 2 2016 static ram chips - 4K total.
Standard 6845 video chip.
No crystals on the board - must work from the 7MHz system clock.
