	Long story. There is no moderator. 99% of the "advice" is telling people
to keep to the topic. Specifically the Apple//. We get PC folks and Mac
newbies who don't realise the Apple// is not a Mac. Even among ourselves
we occasionally need to be reminded this is not the place to discuss
anything other than the Apple//. Since there are emulators for the Apple//
on other platforms we try to be as broad as possible with the definition
of what is on topic. For example someone is having trouble running a
particular emulator under, let's say, BSD might ask a BSD related question
if they frame it properly. Whether someone would have the specific info to
help them may be another story. The best advice is always to ask the
appropriate people in the appropriate area. After all what sort of advice
would someone get by asking an unknown car expert about industrial water
filtration techniques...
