The stock IIgs keyboard has less keys than some Mac keyboards (no
function keys F1-F12). Apart from Apple's split ergonomic ADB keyboard,
any ADB keyboard should work on a IIgs. I have used the following on my
IIgs:

M0487 - Apple Keyboard II
A9M0330 - Apple Desktop Bus Keyboard (came with IIgs)
M2980 - AppleDesign Keyboard (has F1-F15)

I notice that the plus and minus keys on the IIgs numeric keypad are
swapped wrt the Mac keyboards.
