Welcome back to the merry band of Apple II users.

If you are after the original software package for the "feelies" 
(manual, maps, box artwork etc) that is one thing, but if you just want 
to play the game again you can get disk images of the software from the 
internet.  'Asimov' is probably the main archive, it's also mirrorred by 
PlanetMirror.  I found Wasteland stuff in the games/rpg section:

There's lots of info out on the web on how to use disk images inside 
emulator programs, also on how to transfer them onto physical disk media 
for the real experience on the original hardware.
