Apple Computer's 1 MB Apple IIGS Memory Expansion card is pretty darn
common these days and an easy source for replacing the 256k x 1 DRAM in
your RWIII.  You'll want to make sure that you use the same chips
(brand & speed) for an entire bank.  (8 IC's = 1 bank)  This will
ensure the most trouble free operation.
