Other than the RAM, an 80 column card only contains a 74LS245 and an
74LS374 both of which are on the RW III, I'd focus my efforts here
(particularly the 374) if these chips were socketed. Unfortunately
these IC's are not socketed so I would start with checking the RAM. If
you don't have a diagnostics disk, then I'd swap out the first bank of
DRAM's for another. (as recommened by Matt)
