I am looking for a No Slot Clock for my //e. I had one in it back from the
late 80's but the NSC no longer works, I even tried replacing the battery.
Any ideas where there might be some of the No Slot Clock chip available. I
don't remember who made them originally.
They were just repackaged Dallas Semiconductor "phantom" clock chips.
They are still made by Dallas/Maxim.
BTW, how did you try to replace the batteries (there are two)--they
are pretty well potted.
