This perfectly illustrates your lack of knowledge of the GS's hardware.
 Accelerators don't accelerate RAM; thats what the cache is for.  Its
not a speed issue with your card, its a noise or signal level or
ringing or your card edge connector is crappy and oxidized.  I wasn't
going to waste my time troubleshooting your card with all of potential
issues that your design invites.
