InternetModem updated again.

Cleaned up the AT Command parser. Added a few AT commands. Also added the 
ability to display the AT Commands sent from the terminal and the Result 
codes returned to the terminal. Full details on the web page.

I haven't got the ASCII <> Non-ASCII translator built yet, I'll work on that 
this week.  I have to see what the possibility is of it messing with the 
telnet handshake protocol.
