Nothing would stop us from publishing errata corrections in a separate document, that end users could then pencil in.
It would then just be a matter of someone(s) with the technical acumen to review, test and publish that information. There may also be instances where more than one errata for the same problem exists, so multiple examples may be provided.
Sounds like something a wiki could provide, errata for the existing manuals organized by ea individual book.
