We're actually working on setting up an Apple II programming wiki on 
A2Central.com.  Once we finish designing the templates we'd like to use 
for it, we're going to open it to the public to contribute content.

Of course, the key is to not be just transcribing existing material 
into it, since we want to be copyright clean.

If we work at it hard enough, we can eventually get to the point where 
we don't need the printed books at all anymore.
