While it is true that the loose leaf 2nd edition is not of the same
quality as the 1st editon - I think it never made it past APDA and into
a proper bound book form (can anyone confirm this?) apart from one
missing page I do not find it that bad (my copy does not even have the
color cover pages). At just under 700 pages it is a fairly massive
undertaking to print - it would probably cost more in toner than
Syndicomm charge (depends on your printer and availability of 3rd party
refills).

Note that while Syndicomm sell the 2nd edition, there were (I belive)
THREE previous versions.
Original Dec 1985 - hardbound - covers the original IIc - includes
original ROM listing
Second printing, Feb 1986 - wirebound - Includes UniDisk (TM) 3.5 ROM
Listings but not the original ROM listing
Third printing - includes the memory expansion IIc (I have not seen
this one) - may not include any ROM listings?
I have the 2nd printing - ISBN 0-201-17727-7 which a quick search show
to be the same ISBN as the original 1985 printing - see
