That's the VGA port specs, not the SCART spec.  SCART is RGB.. not VGA.

Because of the direct SCART RGB input.

The Aptus1 is a nice solution for those who already have an LCDTV.
For those who don't, an LCDTV with SCART (at least the 910MP) is
superior.   The 910MP is available new or refurbed (TechForLess)
