I can identifying most of those items by sight (close up photos would be

Pegasus hardisk
-An internal hardrive setup manufactured by Econ Technologies in the early
90's. It was similar in concept to the Vulcan except it shipped with a SCSI
hardisk and required a RamFAST SCSI controller (the cable it came with
also added an external SCSI port connector to the GS).
Visionary GS
-A real-time video capture card that grabs still image from any composite
NTSC video source in 4-bit color or greyscale (the software supports a
raw data format of up to 12-bit that could be exported). Essentially the
AST Vision Plus card (which had bugs and stability issues) modified and
re-released by a company called Virtual Realities.
ZipGS
-IIgs accelerator card utilitizing a faster 65C816 and high speed cache.
This one has either 16K or 64K of cache installed, and very probably
between 7 and 9 MHz based on the fact its not been modified. You
can find out its speed by looking at the megahertz rating on the tin
oscillator at the top left corner and dividing that number by four (e.g.
"32 MHz" oscillator is an 8 MHz accelerator).
CV RAM GS (4 megabyte)
-CV Technologies earlier memory card. It had sockets for 1MBx1 DRAMs
for up to 4 MB, with a piggyback connector to plug in other companies
memory cards. Technically, with another 4 MB card attached, it could
hold up to 8 megabytes RAM. It was later replaced by the much more
compact CV-RAM 8 MB card (which Sequential Systems bought and
renamed the "RAM GS Plus").
RamFAST SCSI
-The fastest and most featureful SCSI controller for the Apple IIGS (as a
matter of fact it was fastest hardisk controller of any type, hands down).
From what I remember, compared to the Apple High Speed SCSI, up to
twice as fast under GS/OS and a whopping eight times faster under
ProDOS 8. The one in your photo is a Revision D manufactured by CV
Technologies, with either 256K or 1 MB cache onboard. The latest
ROM was 3.01f.
Quickie controller
-The serial interface for Vitesse's Quickie hand scanner. It works with both
the GS and 8-bit Apple II's, using the right software. With the hand scanner
unit you could scan in line art, 4-bit greyscale images and even do optical
character recognization (the latter required InWords).
MDIdeas SuperSonic stereo card
-A two channel stereo output card for the GS, which just simply demultiplexes
the audio signal from the built-in Ensoniq. There's an optional daugtherboard
for adding audio digitizing (sound recording) which you don't have. There was
another revision with the audio cable soldered to the card that feed out the
back of the case with a wire loosely hanging out. Yours looks like it has a
custom (professionally?) made port connector with 1/8" phono jack--I've never
seen that before with a MDIdeas card.
In a nutshell you have a ROM 01 GS with 4 MB RAM, internal hardisk, running
between 7-9 MHz, SCSI capabilty, stereo sound, video frame capturing, and
optical hand scanner.
