IIgs Cards

I'm trying to id some cards that are in a gs that I acquired along with 
a lot of other things when I got GBBS.  I know one is the Vulcan H/D and 
another is a Ram card, one appears to be some kind of audio card.  Here 
is a link for pictures.  If anyone needs id data let me know.  I have 
several IIgs' and only have use for one, so I would like to find out 
what these are and then go from there.
