You can always go to google groups and search the old postings for
comp.sys.apple2. If you do then you'll run across a posting that says
to go to google mail and login with the account name "sys.apple2" and
password "system2" then you can download the files from the inbox. It's
not a big secret as far as I can tell since it's easy to find the
information online.
