I'd recommend reading the getting started guide and FAQ sections of the
site, which help explain how to get the program running and how to
tweak it if it does't work the first time you run it:

Let me know if you have good/bad luck with it!  I'd very much like to
fix anything that is not working so that I can move on with the more
advanced functionality. (see the status page for my wishlist of ideas)
