According to the IIe Reference Manual:

1) The Power Supply can supply 250mA at -5V
2) A total of 200mA is available for cards plugged into the 7 expansion
slots
3) -5V is used on the IIe motherboard only twice that I can see:
UA11 MM741 cassette input amplifier
Q1/VA1 video output
4) -5V is also available on the 4 pin RF modulator header

[The Super Serial card does not use -5V, only +5V and +/-12V.]

So unless you have a card that needs -5V, the 7905 will need to supply
no more than 50mA.
