The only one I've come up with so far is the ProDRIVE RAM driver for
the RamWorks itself. There's a reserved area in the AUX language card
for RAM drivers, which is easily avoided, but  if there's code
executing here, it can potentially trash the zero page.

I use this driver a lot, so I'm investigating it now. Will let everyone
know.
