I think you're safe.


The only one I've come up with so far is the ProDRIVE RAM driver for
the RamWorks itself. There's a reserved area in the AUX language card
for RAM drivers, which is easily avoided, but  if there's code
executing here, it can potentially trash the zero page.

I use this driver a lot, so I'm investigating it now. Will let everyone
know.

A number of Aux RAM drivers copy themselves into all banks, so that
they can switch banks with impunity while executing.

Most such drivers (if you plan to allow one to be used with your
compiler) allow you to lock out one or more banks for your own
purposes.
